01

Consultation & Audit

We start with a free, no-obligation discovery call. Typically 30–45 minutes.

On the call we'll discuss your current marketing activity, sales process, target customer, and growth goals. Following the call we'll conduct a written audit of your existing ad accounts (if any), your website's conversion infrastructure, and your tracking setup. You'll receive a written summary regardless of whether you decide to work with us.

Deliverable
Written audit document (typically 4–8 pages) covering current state, identified gaps, and prioritized recommendations.
02

Strategy & Proposal

We translate the audit into a concrete plan with clear scope, timeline, and pricing.

Based on the audit, we'll prepare a written proposal covering the recommended scope of work, projected timeline, monthly retainer (and/or one-time build fees), and the KPIs we'll track to evaluate success. Proposals are typically delivered within 5 business days of the discovery call. No high-pressure sales process — take whatever time you need to review.

Deliverable
Written proposal with scope, fees, timeline, and KPI framework. Signed agreement and onboarding kickoff if accepted.
03

Website Development (if needed)

If your current site is holding campaigns back, we'll build or rework what's necessary.

Not every engagement involves a website build — sometimes your existing site works fine. When it doesn't, we scope this separately so you can decide. Builds typically range from a single landing page (5–10 business days) to a full multi-page marketing site (3–6 weeks). All work is done in-house, with QA on multiple devices and platforms before launch.

Deliverable
Live, tracked, compliance-reviewed website or landing page(s) ready to receive paid traffic.
04

Ad Account Setup & Campaign Launch

We handle every technical detail of getting campaigns live and tracking properly.

Account creation (or audit and cleanup of existing accounts), pixel and conversion tracking installation, audience and keyword research, creative brief development, asset production, and platform submission. We handle the policy review process — including resubmissions and appeals when necessary — so you don't have to learn the inside of every platform's enforcement team.

Deliverable
Live campaigns across the agreed channels with proper tracking, reporting access, and a launch summary document.
05

Ongoing Optimization & Reporting

Weekly active management. Transparent reporting throughout.

Daily account monitoring, weekly creative iteration, bid adjustments, audience refinements, and continuous A/B testing. You'll receive a weekly performance report with the metrics that actually matter for your business. We're available via Slack, email, or scheduled calls — most clients prefer a 30-minute biweekly check-in plus the written reporting.

Deliverable
Weekly written reports, live dashboard access, biweekly strategy calls, ongoing creative production.
06

Scaling Successful Campaigns

Once unit economics make sense, we systematically expand reach.

Scaling is a discipline, not a budget increase. We work to expand spend in increments the algorithm and your operations can absorb — typically 20–30% week-over-week on proven winners. We're conservative here on purpose; aggressive scaling kills more campaigns than it builds. Throughout the scaling phase we're constantly testing new creative, audiences, and channels to extend the program's ceiling.

Deliverable
Sustained, controlled budget expansion with continuously validated unit economics. Ongoing creative and channel testing.
Important

Timelines described above are typical, not guaranteed. Specific delivery dates depend on scope, asset availability, platform review windows, and account-specific factors. Results from any campaign vary by industry, budget, creative quality, and competitive landscape. All campaigns are subject to platform policies and approval. Ad Infinity Capital LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, lead volumes, ROAS, or ad placements.

Take the first step.

The discovery call is free and there's no pressure to move forward. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and where possible, point you toward someone who is.
